• To process quote requests and prepare a contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

• To ensure the security and proper functioning of the website — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest.

We retain quote request and order data for up to 7 years to fulfil accounting law obligations. We retain your newsletter email address until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe). We retain website technical logs for up to 12 months.

• Resend — for sending emails (quote request confirmation, newsletter).
• Supabase — for database hosting (order and product catalog data).

Data may also be disclosed where required by law (e.g. upon a justified request from a public authority).

The website uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your language selection and the contents of your cart/quote request), which are required for the site's core functions and do not require separate consent.
